REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND COST PROPOSALS

• Community Involvement Opportunities (outreach, meetings, visioning sessions, etc.);
• Creation of basic GIS Brownfields Overlay (not land surveys);
• Initial Prioritization of Brownfields Sites for assessment, cleanup and reuse;
• Report on Community Impact of Abatement;
• Report on Environmental Assessment & Future Implementation Strategy; Identification of Existing Infrastructure on priority brownfields sites;
• Gap Analysis between envisioned reuses and existing infrastructure; Preliminary Investment Estimate for new required infrastructure, based on envisioned cleanup and reuse;
• Draft Area-Wide Plan for the Brownfields-impacted area (including community involvement opportunities to comment on draft plan);
• and the Final Brownfields Area-Wide Plan.
