Request for Qualifications and Cost Proposals - Public Relations Professionals

 

 

 

            DISUR is now requesting Qualification and Cost Proposals from Public Relations Coordination Professionals to provide communications assistance with this project. The intent of this request is to provide a basis for the comparison of consultants that are qualified and able to provide the following specific services:

·       Evaluation, selection and supervision of an unpaid communications intern who will perform the following media relations and social media relations tasks for this project;

·       Creation of a communications plan, key media contacts list, and press releases (in English and Spanish);

·       Actively seek out and respond to media inquiries and requests;

·       Provide input, ideas and feedback into the Public Involvement Plan and the Activities and Outreach Communications Calendar;

·       Creation of electronic and printed invitations to Community-based Design Charrettes and Community Education Programs;

·       Regular monitoring, responses and creation of textual and photographic updates to twitter.com/disurpr and facebook.com/disurpr

·       Use of existing email marketing system and existing Website content management system;

·       and Preparation of monthly activity and results reports.

Qualifications and Cost Proposals must be received in the Offices of DISUR, 742 Avenida Tito Castro, Suite 103, Ponce, Puerto Rico 00716 no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 1, 2011.
